•To bid on this Property, you must be an Owner-Occupant Buyer (Buyer will be required to sign a statement that Buyer intends to use the Property as their Principal Residence), a HUD-approved Nonprofit, or a Governmental Entity •Property is being sold in an "as is" condition, and the condition is unknown and may include defects, possible health or safety hazards, or debris, or be located in a Special Flood Hazard Area. •Proof of Funds Required.
