Entertainment is abundant with a custom-built arcade and movie theater, featuring a 98” TV, 14 recliner seats, and classic arcade games like Pac-Man Baller and Air Hockey. For convenience, an in-unit laundry room is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer. The private patio and pool area includes a pool and spa (heat available for an additional fee), a covered lanai, a patio table with 10 chairs, a lounge area, and a safety fence and privacy pool screen.
