Looking for a half-duplex with a garage, fully furnished and move-in ready? You just found it. The energetic owners only used it for 3 months a year for 10 years since they purchased it. While there they did lots of upgrades and updates. In 2010-2013 they renovated both bathrooms, updated the kitchen, replaced tile in the kitchen, dining room & front entrance. In 2013 they had new carpet put in the rest of the home, painted entire interior, & replaced light fixtures. In 2016, it was time for new windows so all windows were replaced with thermo-pane windows, they also put new screen, door & hydro-stop roof system on the lanai. And they replaced the water heater. In 2018 they had new solid wood cabinets put in the kitchen, & put in a new sliding glass door to the lanai. The exterior of the home was painted in 2019.
