Rent is set at $2,500 monthly fully furnished; water, garbage, sewer included. Electric and Propane not included, and is the responsibility of tenant. The home uses very little, to no propane in the summer (stove/ oven only). Contact me, prior to completing application - potential tenants should preview the property first for suitability.
Lease: 1 - 3 Months
Deposit Details: Landlord will cover post-move out cleaning. If pets are allowed, deposit amount and refundable amounts may be different, but will be expressly covered in the lease agreement.
