This home features multiple spacious living areas and an eat-in kitchen equipped with the necessities, including double ovens, a dishwasher, and beautiful backyard views. Enjoy entertainment with standard cable or streaming services in the family room. The highlight is the all-seasons room, enclosed in glass, offering a game table and a cozy sitting area. This room opens to a beautiful stone patio with a dining area, a fire pit with seating, and a screened-in gazebo.
Guests have access to 5 parking spaces in the driveway and a carport for 1 car. The laundry units in the basement are free to use. A pet fee of $75 per pet will be added once booking is confirmed, with a maximum of three pets. Early check-in or late check-out can usually be accommodated for a $25 per hour fee, with a minimum of 24 hours' notice required.
South Euclid is an inclusive, diverse community with walkable neighborhoods and architecturally diverse homes. It is a transit-friendly community not far from University Circle, the Cleveland Clinic, Downtown Cleveland, and the I-271, I-90 and Rt 2 Corridors. Visitors can enjoy many amenities including a dog park, a fully accessible playground, community gardens, and parks, including Oakwood Green and Euclid Creek Reservation, right behind the house. The house is also closely to the Waterloo Arts district, Euclid Beach Park, Cleveland Heights and Beachwood.
Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. There are absolutely no parties or events allowed in the home or on the property. Any violation of the no-parties policy will result in immediate departure with no refund and a documented negative review. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may be subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup fee on top of the existing cleaning fee. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.). In case of violation, guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and a documented negative review. All pre-booking questions must be answered to process your reservation; failure to do so will result in cancellation or declination. Local guests from the Cleveland area are not hosted at this time. Any damaged property must be reported to the host. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed. All guests must have a complete profile, including a verified ID and a profile picture. All guests on the reservation must be included in the total number; unauthorized guests are not permitted without host permission. Any uncleaned vomit or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest. Guests are given a keyless entry code within 72 hours of checking in. Guests will have access to the entire house and yard, including 5 parking spaces in the driveway and laundry machines in the basement. Please be respectful of neighboring properties. The garage is accessed through the basement, but parking in the garage is not available.
