Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will be greeted by a spacious and well-lit living room. Off the living room is a dining area, kitchen, and laundry area. The kitchen has an access door going to the backyard and the carport. Walkthrough on the left of the kitchen, you will see the master bedroom with a full bathroom and a huge walk-in closet. The master bedroom also has an access door going to the backyard. Three other bedrooms and a bathroom can be seen when you walk in the hallway from the main entrance found on the left side. There is an outdoor pool, a covered patio with a table and chairs, and a BBQ grill for your use. A half bathroom can be found near the pool area.
A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are permitted at this home with a non-refundable pet fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard.
This house is located in a residential area near major highways, shopping centers, and leisure parks! Only a few minutes away from Northside Medical Center, Columbus Botanical Garden, Heath Park, dining options, and more!
The pool is open now until Labor Day, 2025, and is not heated. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. Access to the yard/pool area is needed if you stay on service day. The jets on the tub do not work. Smoking is prohibited, and an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred if any signs of smoking are reported. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
