From the covered front porch you enter the raised foyer with a travertine medalion and tile where you over look the great room, dining, kitchen and breakfast area. the formal dining area has two nice arch style windows. In the great room there is a beautiful fireplace with travertine and two built in bookcases with granite and marble tops. The hardwood floors are a medium finish and go through out the home. All the bathrooms are tile. There are ceiling fans through out the home with nice closet space in each bedroom. The Master suite is a good size and the master bath is in need of updating and repair. In the master hall there is also some repair to the wood floor needed. The external ac unit replaced within the last 4 years and the internal unit was replaced in the last 3 years.
