The lower level queen bed and double bunk rooms share a bath and share this level with a 3-D HD Home Theater room and a Game Room with billiards, poker table, and wet bar with full refrigerator and microwave. A nice sitting room with sleeper sofa is a quiet retreat on the middle level along with three of the masters. The top floor really has that "wow" factor thanks to walls of windows and doors that highlight amazing water views in all directions. Preparing meals for a crowd is a pleasure in the granite and stainless kitchen with breakfast bar seating. This becomes a gathering place as everyone winds down the day for dinner at sunset and then gathers in the living room around the fireplace and big screen TV for the night. There is also an office space with great ocean view on the top level. All of this may be hard to top except when you learn that the 2016 rental income totaled $146,000 through Vacation Rental By Owner bookings! 2017 pre-bookings have almost matched last season's totals and are expected to be even better.
