This becomes a gathering place as everyone winds down the day for dinner at sunset and then gathers in the living room around the fireplace and big screen TV for the night. There is also an office space with great ocean view on the top level. All of this may be hard to top except when you learn that the 2016 rental income totaled $146,000 through Vacation Rental By Owner bookings! 2017 pre-bookings have almost matched last season's totals and are expected to be even better.
