No pets, smoking, or drugs are allowed on the property, and a maximum of eight guests is permitted. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Dispose of trash properly to avoid fines up to $200. Report any damages immediately. Violation of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
