The apartment is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No pets, smoking, or drugs are allowed on the property. A maximum of eight guests is allowed, and the individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Lost amenity passes may result in a fine of up to $200. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, and trash must be disposed of properly to avoid fines.
