Cabinets are custom made of White Oak! The beautiful counter tops are all Black Diamond, Sile Stone, w/Quartz! The entire home has Porcelain tile flooring with hot water tubes under the tiles for extra heat to assist the 2 HVAC heat pumps to keep everyone comfortable. Outside there is a 500-foot deep well that was used until we got city water in the neighborhood. It is now used for the 6-station irrigation system for the yard. The water was tested and is a drinkable backup for the city water. Royal Harbour is an amazing gated community, not as far from the city as you might think!
