Rent is $2,500/month and is due on the 1st day of every month. Cashiers check, direct deposit or electronic transfer are the only acceptable forms of payment.
Late fees - If rent is not received by the 15th day of the month a late charge of 4% of one months rent will be assessed.
Security deposit - $2,500 and first month's rent - $2,500 due at signing ($5,000 total).
Parking - Renters are allotted a maximum of 2 parking spaces. All cars must be legally registered and be in running condition. No parking on the lawn.
