LeBear amenities include indoor and outdoor pool and spa, sauna, exercise room, common area lounge with billiards and pool table, a groomed sand beach with community fire ring - perfect for enjoying s'mores together and on-site management. As a 1/8th fractional interest owner, you receive 6 weeks each year to enjoy (on a rotation schedule, one about every other month). Additional uses can be to utilize the on-site vacation rental program or join LeBear Resort affiliate, The Registry Collection. It's a short walk to everything in downtown Glen Arbor & a short drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes.
