The one car garage is shared between all eight owners and is not available for vehicles but may be used for bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. during owner's deeded week. LeBear amenities include indoor and outdoor pool and spa, sauna, exercise room, common area lounge with billiards, and a groomed sand beach with fire ring for gathering together and enjoying s'mores. Residence 5 is a second floor Lake Street side end-residence that affords amazing sunset views from various areas inside the residence as well as from the larger wrap around covered porch. Residence 5 also has a larger courtyard side screened entrance with rocking chairs. As a 1/8th fractional interest owner, you receive six weeks each year to enjoy (on a rotation schedule, one about every other month). Additional uses can be to utilize the on-site vacation rental program or join LeBear Resort affiliate, The Registry collection. It's a short walk to everything downtown, five-minute drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes, and about twenty-five minutes from Traverse City.
