No smoking inside the home; evidence of smoking will result in an $800 fee for air remediation and cleaning. Unauthorized late checkouts that delay cleaning will incur a $100 fee. This is a community, not a hotel, so please respect the property and keep it reasonably clean before you leave. Broken, damaged, stained, or missing items will result in additional charges.
