A great home in a great area. This lovely home has no neighbors behind for privacy. New carpeting on the 2nd floor installed May, 2016. Windows, roof, vinyl siding and gutters are 8 years old. Furnace was replaced in 2010. Hot water heater in 2011 and air conditioning in 2015. Nothing left to do but move in an enjoy. When I was listing the home the kids were actually playing outside in groups! What a concept.
