No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are permitted, and small low-key gatherings require prior approval. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The fireplace is gas operated and should not be left unattended. Noise level monitoring devices are installed to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations.
