Guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine. Unapproved late checkouts or unapproved early check-ins will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check-in time, respectively. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community, and any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony, and violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am, and repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras, and the second offense will result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Please ensure windows are not forced open beyond the designated limit. Do not park in reserved spaces, as unauthorized vehicles will be towed. Guests must let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay, or the reservation will be canceled with no exceptions and no refunds. Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items.
