Internet/Wi-Fi: Landlord provides and requires the use of existing internet provided (as this is tied in with the solar systems operating safety, continuous monitoring and maintenance). Landlord will not be responsible for troubleshooting any hardware or outages caused by the internet service provider. If the Lessee prefers their own internet service, the Landlord will need the wifi access and password at all times.
