Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. The home is not baby-proofed and may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Unauthorized access to common amenities or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100 per person per day. Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150. Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed. CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone. Amenities are not for commercial use. Absolutely no smoking, there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. Smoking inside or outside on the patio or balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with noise detection monitors. Unauthorized animal or pet fee is $250. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Towels and linens should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine and/or eviction from the property. Potential for noise as this is a quiet residential neighborhood and building. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.
