I'm offering one furnished bedroom (your choice of two available) in a spacious 3-bedroom home. It's an ideal setup for anyone seeking a relaxed environment with easy dog integration (approval and meet-and-greet with my dogs required).
Your Private Space Includes:
Exclusive access to your own private back wing (via a sliding pocket door): Features your furnished bedroom (approx. 12'x11') with a comfortable queen-size bed, nightstand, and dresser(s) for ample storage; a generous closet; a spacious, durable woven laundry basket for convenient laundry sorting and transport; a smart TV for private entertainment; and a dedicated bathroom primarily for your use. A spare bedroom in the wing is available for occasional family visits (see details below). Homeowner may require brief access to the spare room (approx. 1-2x/month) with advance notice and knocking for storage needs—your privacy is prioritized.
Extra storage options can be arranged if needed.

• HEATED/CHILLED POOL & OASIS: Relax in a private, heated/chilled pool nearly year-round (roughly Feb 15-Dec 15), nestled in a fully fenced, secluded quarter-acre lot surrounded by natural vegetation for ultimate privacy. • ENERGY INDEPENDENCE: Full solar panel array with whole-house battery backup means no power outages during storms (powers essentials; portable AC units available for rooms if needed).
• LAUNDRY ON ME: Full access to the washer and dryer, with basic household supplies (detergent, dryer sheets, etc.-e.g., Amazon Basics) always stocked and provided free of charge. If you prefer a specific brand or scent, we can discuss adding it to your shopping list or providing for your own use.
• DOG-LOVING FEATURES: Treat your pup(s) to a dedicated slat mill (treadmill) for exercise, a dog bath station with shampoo/conditioner and towels (plus blow dryer and vacuum comb), and a first-aid kit. The fenced yard is a secure playground. Multiple HEPA air purifiers, a whole-house filtration system, and Multiple vacuum/mop robots keep everything fresh despite the dog hair.
Shared Common Areas:
You'll enjoy full access to the open-concept kitchen (fully stocked with cookware and small appliances in the dining sideboard), living room, dining room, laundry room, and the expansive outdoor space. An extra garage fridge/freezer for bulk storage and a dedicated beverage cooler close to the pool patio for easy access are available for your use, plus a convenient beverage station with Berkey filtered water, ice machine, and Primo hot/cold water dispenser with built-in Keurig-perfect for poolside sips. The back wing's spare bedroom (queen bed, smart TV, limited dresser and closet space) may be available for your approved family visits upon request and availability—no extra charge for short stays (up to 7 nights/year total; see House Rules for details).
