Please be respectful of other guests and avoid loud noises as you are staying in a residential area. The condominium administration prohibits the accumulation of garbage. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, contact us 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we can arrange a late check-out until 12:00 PM for an additional $50. Failing to meet the checkout time may incur an extra night charge. Please notify the Management Office in advance if you expect any visitors who are not on your permanent record. Unregistered guests will not be allowed entry by the Front Desk. Hanging towels, clothing, or any personal items from the balcony railing is strictly prohibited. Reservations must be made by a 21 years person, and the reservation holder´s presence is required throughout the entire stay.
