This four-level home requires stairs for access. On the first level, you'll find the front door and garage entry, along with a garage featuring a ping pong table, corn hole boards, and a lounge area. The kitchen, living, and dining space, along with a half bath, are also located on this level. The second level includes the master suite with a king bed and attached private bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as two bedrooms with queen beds and attached private bathrooms, and a laundry room. The third level offers a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath in the hallway, a flex space with two full beds and a full over full bunk bed, and a bonus room with lounge seating, a smart TV, a high top table, and a kitchenette. Additionally, there's a balcony with seating and a smokeless fire pit. The home can accommodate up to 16 guests.
Pets are welcome with a $200 pet fee. However, pets must be kept off all furniture. Excess hair and fur on the furniture require additional cleaning and will result in extra charges.

Guests will have full access to the home, except for two closets that contain personal items and house supplies. The minimum age to rent is 18 years old. Smoking and parties are not allowed on the property. There is a ton of street parking throughout the neighborhood.
