Well here we have a house w/everything on one floor. Technically there is a basement w/a big bedroom and a family room w/carpet and drywall and someone has even taken the time to paint it tastefully. Thanks whoever painted, nice touch. I shouldn’t have told you about that additional 460 square feet, because according to human rule makers this space lacks a way out or an “egress.” Every time I’ve been in this basement, I have easily found my way out using the stairs, but I might be a wizard. I have always felt very wizardly. So don’t tell anyone about the finished basement There's a laundry room and a utility/storage room that totally exist. This is shaping up to be neat. There are a bunch of updates, like basically all of them. I keep trying to give your Realtor a list with all the things, ask them for it. I list stuff and highlight the things I've typed so that they seem important, depending on who you are and what you find important. The sellers have 7 or 9 kids, who knows how many are going to turn out okay. That'll be some other house's problem soon. There are three bedrooms and two full baths on the main floor. The driveway was just poured in 2020. It leads up to one of those garages attached to the house. The big deck is money.
