Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside or outside on the patio or balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property, with a $300 fine for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine and possible eviction for violations. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Towels and linens should be kept in good condition, and guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors, so maintain noise and light discipline at all times. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.
