Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. The home is not baby-proofed and may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Absolutely no smoking is allowed, with a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors and a $300 fine for any evidence of smoking to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for any evidence of such activities, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages. Unauthorized animals or pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition, with any permanent stains considered negligent damage. House rule violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors, so maintain noise and light discipline at all times.
