Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine and possible eviction for violations. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Guests must keep towels and linens in good condition and should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors, so please maintain noise discipline.
