Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Towels and linens should be kept in good condition, and guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors, so maintain noise and light discipline at all times. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.
