A maximum of 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as the Fitness Centre and Business Centre for a maximum of 2 hours per day. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside on the patio, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property, with a fine of $300 for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. House rule violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors, so please maintain noise discipline.
