Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am, and repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony, and violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Exterior cameras should not be obstructed or tampered with, and violations will lead to reservation cancellation without a refund. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes and should not be forced open beyond the designated limit.
