Guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine. Unapproved late checkouts or unapproved early check-ins will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check-in time, respectively. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony, and violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am, and repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras. First offense: A warning will be issued. Second offense: Reservation will be canceled without a refund.

Guests are advised that the pool facilities are seasonal and typically open in mid-May and close at the end of October each year. The exact opening and closing dates may vary depending on weather conditions and building management’s discretion. Access to the pool outside of this period cannot be guaranteed, and no adjustments to reservations will be made in relation to pool availability. Do not park in reserved spaces, as unauthorized vehicles will be towed. The later you return, the farther you may need to park from the unit. To ensure a secure environment for all guests, please do not allow anyone into the building who does not have their own means of entry. Every guest or visitor must buzz themselves in using their personal access method—whether through the buzzer system, QR code, or the app provided. Guests must let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or reservation will be canceled. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes, and please ensure windows are not forced open beyond the designated limit. Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items.
