About This Home

As of February 2016

This was our country home for the past 16 years, and we loved living on 2 acres!. There are 3 bedrooms (plus a den), 1 1/2 baths, and a large eat-in kitchen with newer laminate flooring. We have replaced the siding, roof shingles, all exterior/interior doors (except upstairs), and most of the windows. We did some remodeling in the bathroom & kitchen as well. We love having Geothermal heating & cooling, which we put in a few years ago, along with a newer well tank, water heater & sump pump. Watching the sunset from the large back L-shaped deck is so quiet and peaceful, but only a few minutes from Bluffton, I-69, and Norwell High School. There is a 2 car detached garage/barn with big concrete pad and basketball goal. We will miss this home, but now that our children are moving out it is time for a change.
