Welcome to The Flats at Carrs Hill - off-campus living near The University of Georgia, Athens Technical College and Athens Piedmont College. We offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom fully furnished, all inclusive apartments. Each pet-friendly apartment features private bedrooms, private bathrooms, flat screen TV in each living room, plank wood flooring, a full-size kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer. High-speed internet, electricity (monthly electricity cap applies), water, trash and sewer service are all included in your regular monthly rental installment. When you're not in class or exploring the surrounding area, enjoy our many community amenities right outside your apartment door.
