This apartment is located within walking distance of downtown restaurants, art studios, and the bike path. It is also conveniently located within minutes of Mt. Tom, I-90 and I-91, Northampton, UMASS Amherst, and Springfield.

Rent is $1,375 per month. First month’s rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent payable at move in (total $2,750). Initial 12-month lease; renewing on a month-to-month basis (after 12 months).

Owners pay for: trash removal, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and water/sewer.
Tenant pays for: heat, electric, cable, internet, and phone.

We aren’t accepting pets (SA's/ESA's allowed with proper documentation) and washing machines at this time. Although there are no onsite washer/dryer hookups, there are several laundry mats in Easthampton; with the nearest laundry mat located within walking distance of the apartment. Please also note that the bathroom has a shower stall.
