There is easy access to I-95 with Hypoluxo Road and Gateway Blvd which is about 15 minutes to West Palm and 20 minutes to Atlantic Ave/Delray Beach. Home Depot and Lowes are right off of Woolbright which is 10 min away. The community is quiet and the neighbors are friendly and mind their own business. We have lots of shopping, restaurants, services, and a movie theater along Congress Ave and a brand new town hall with a downtown area about 10 minutes away. The house is a 4/2 that was remodeled in 2016 right before we bought it. We did more improvements by replacing the AC in 2019 (I believe), repainting the whole house (2021),
