In one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Portsmouth, Elwyn Park, this home is just minutes to everything you need along the seacoast: 7 minutes from downtown Portsmouth and Rye beaches, 9 min to Portsmouth Regional Hospital, 13 min to York Hospital, 14 minutes to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, 23 min to UNH, 24 min to Exeter Hospital, and 25 min to Wentworth-Douglas (Mass Gen) Hospital and 26 min to Phillips Exeter Academy. Walking around Elwyn Park and the Urban Forestry Center is highly encouraged, but you'll need a car for most other trips, such as groceries, getting downtown, and getting to the beach.
Quiet hours begin at 10 pm, no exceptions. This house is located between lovely neighbors, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times. If you are on the patio after 10 pm, please keep your voices down and music off. Any disturbances to the neighbors will result in immediate check-out. Any undisclosed pets will be subject to a pet fee of $100 per pet. No more than 2 dogs allowed and they must be leashed at all times.
