The living room boasts a wrap-around sofa with individually controlled recliners, a large-screen smart TV, and a gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings.
Island Sunrise offers off-street parking for three cars side-by-side. During the off-season, small to medium dogs may be considered for extended stays with additional fees. Pets must be crated if left alone, and approval is on a case-by-case basis. During peak season, the home has a strict no pets policy.
Plum Island is a 6-mile long barrier beach extending south of Newburyport, part of the Parker River Wildlife Refuge, visited by nearly 300 bird species seasonally. Explore the island by foot, paddle, or pedal, and enjoy the extraordinary diversity of its scenery. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property.
