Originally built in 1910 and recently rebuilt and updated in 2009/2010 with a totally new look, this is probably one of my favorite properties in Lighthouse Park. This property sits on 3 lots, offers over 3,000 sq ft of living space and has some amazing views of Salt Run as well as some ocean views as you look east from the multiple porches, living room and from the master suite on the 3rd floor. The 1st floor offers a separate living quarter that has its own kitchen, living and dining areas as well as has views of the pool and french doors leading out to the front yard. The 2nd floor has the most awesome living area with the original roof line canopying the living area and has huge 5ft x 5ft windows looking over Salt Run and has multiple doors leading out to the covered porches. Savannah Gold Heart Pine wood floors throughout the living area too. The Kitchen is pretty awesome and has gas cooking, a double oven, and stainless appliances with lots of cabinet space and opens up into the dining and living areas. The master suite is my favorite space and is located on the 3rd floor and has some incredible views too! There are wood floors throughout as well and the master suite has its own office and living area. There are french doors that do lead out to a porch area that has to be finished. This property is pretty special and is ready for a new owner to call this home.
