Charlotte’s biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, is only five minutes away, offering cardio equipment, weights, group classes, and swimming. A 7-day pass is only $50. Relax in the spacious living room featuring a large, upholstered sofa that pulls out into an additional bed and a flatscreen television equipped with streaming and Hulu + Live TV channels. The kitchen features a gas range, full-sized refrigerator, and dishwasher with double dish drawers. Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, roasting pans, mixing bowls, and a garlic press. Adjacent to the spacious living room is a well-appointed wet bar with an ice maker, offering an inviting spot for social gatherings. The dining room comfortably seats up to eight guests and opens up to a screened porch, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or tea.
A workstation is available for $10 per day, which includes a 32” monitor, a wireless keyboard, and a mouse for your convenience. If traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. If not registered, a $120 fee per dog will be charged. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested with at least a 24-hour advance notice.
Situated just a mile away from the bustling Uptown business district, this property enjoys an idyllic location on Hermitage Court, an exclusive residential street amidst a serene park-like setting. Within a half-mile walking distance, you can find over 40 locally-owned restaurants, including Thai, Italian, French, and Mexican cuisines, as well as Starbucks, Panera, and Old Pancake House. The neighborhood is renowned for its stunning tree-lined streets, meticulously landscaped gardens, and exquisite architecture. Charlotte’s renowned greenway is less than a half mile away, offering 30 miles of trails for biking, running, or walking. Uptown Charlotte is only one mile away and a short walk or ride to various attractions, including the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC Stadium, Hornets/Spectrum Arena, Knights Baseball Stadium, and more.
Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $300 penalty. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. The property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeit of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. There are four residences in the building, all with screened porches. The upstairs units offer partial skyline views of Uptown Charlotte, and all offer the privacy and seclusion of one of Charlotte's premier streets.
