The balcony furniture is currently stored inside the units until the project is completed. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking, and the traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. The swimming pool is located across the street. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200 fine plus cleaning costs. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $200 fine. Pets are not allowed. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
