The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors. No parties or events are allowed, with violators facing a $500 fine. The property is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
