A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance, and police will be called for violations.
