Nicely cared for space, current owners do not have any pets and do not smoke. The building does allow cats and dogs with a size limit on the dogs. The monthly HOA fee covers overall exterior maintenance, roof, snow removal, and garbage removal. There is a 50/50 cost split with the HOA on the window replacements and balcony maintenance.
