Victoria Park is a quiet residential neighborhood that has a unique blend of luxury modern mansions and key largo luxury rentals surrounded by beautiful foliage and lighting and centrally located to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer. At the intersection of NE 15th Ave and Sunrise Blvd, there's a Walgreens Pharmacy and Publix Grocery Store right across the street and a park a few blocks away.
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. There is no smoking inside the house, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000 fine. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your stay without a refund. No unauthorized guests are permitted after 12am.
