The upstairs guest bedroom features two twin beds as well as a remodeled ensuite bathroom.

Our Condo is perfect for the extended stay retreat. The furniture is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is plenty of space to relax and hang out. Peppertree Bay features many amenities including two heated pools, tennis courts, BBQ grills, a fitness center and two club houses. This property is best suited for Snowbirds with visiting family members, couples working remotely, and small families.

**Peppertree Bay requires reservations of 30 days or more. We are ideally looking for reservations of 2-3 months. Reservations for the months of January – March must be from the start of the month to the end.**

Paradise View Condo is located near the center of Siesta Key Beach, the main public beach is located roughly ½ mile north of the condo. The Siesta Key Village is roughly 1.5 north and is best reached by the free Siesta Key Trolley. The Siesta Key Crescent Village is located roughly ½ mile south of the property.
