A twin air mattress is available upon request for parties greater than 10 people. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. If approved, small pets less than 25 lbs are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay.

The maximum capacity is 10 people, and no unregistered guests are allowed overnight, with a $50 charge per additional guest per night. Parking is limited to 4 standard-size cars on the premises, with no overnight street parking allowed. The property is equipped with security cameras outside for added security.
