Private garage parking and driveway accommodate up to a certain number of cars. We welcome up to two pets per reservation, each weighing under 35 lbs, with a fee of $49 per pet for stays of 1–6 nights. Additional charges apply for longer stays. For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time large pet fee applies. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available for $175, which includes new linens, surface cleaning, and trash removal. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability, with fees applicable for each hour.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum, including avoiding loud conversations, TV, music, or activity that may disturb neighbors. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. This property is equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. The unit is equipped with active smoke detectors. If a detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
