This home welcomes up to two dogs with a fee of $120 per stay for each pet. The enclosed yard provides a safe space for kids and pets to play. Guests must purchase their own propane tank for the BBQ grill and fire pit. For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required, which is the same as the regular cleaning fee.

The pool is unheated and guests swim at their own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Supervision is required for all, especially children and non-swimmers. Guests are encouraged to bring their own life jackets and floatation devices. No diving is allowed, and guests are responsible for keeping the pool area clean. Pets must be kenneled and house trained, leashed outside unless in the fenced yard, and kept off furniture and bedding, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, but guests are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pets.
Starter supplies are provided, including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. These items are intended to get you started, and any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case a mid-stay replenishment may be offered.
