The unit is on the second floor, and the building is elevated due to its proximity to the ocean, requiring a flight of stairs. There is no elevator, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. Smoking is not allowed, and pets are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
