Sump in garage serves units' 61, 59, 57 garage floors. Seller installed 2nd battery backed up sump pump & says it came in handy during Sandy. New heat pump installed about 3 years ago. You'll love the additional living space in the lower level. Such a peaceful place to do laundry. Separate wall heating unit in case the heat pump ever fails. Main bath also has wall heating unit so there's no need to turn up the whole system on brutally cold mornings, just the wall unit for a couple of minutes.
