The pool house is used for storage and not accessible to guests. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a violation incurring a $500 fine. Smoking is allowed outdoors, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. The property has security cameras installed at the front door and garage, recording 24/7 for your safety. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and street parking is strictly forbidden. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest.
