Well hello there! If you are reading this far, then my profile photos must have piqued your curiosity. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. This is the first time I have been listed for rent, to prepare myself I was freshly painted and had new carpets installed. I have three modest sized bedrooms, a dining room, living room, as well as a finished basement. I have also have a fenced backyard and deck off the kitchen. I've been told I am in a good location, close to shopping centers and a block away from Sherando High School. Still interested? Then read on. My kitchen appliances are only a year old. As can be seen in the photos, I have a fairly open floorplan for a townhouse and the community playground is next door. My owners are willing to consider dogs, case by case, but no cats please. Or smoking, or cats who smoke. One of the people who owns me is also a licensed real estate agent, but she's not too bad to work with so please don't let that scare you away.
