This fully furnished 4 bedroom flat is still available. The base rent of $3000 includes water, sewer, and trash. Optionally, a rent of $3200 includes all utilities plus internet.

Four bedrooms each include comfortable bedding with pillows, sheets, and a comforter. One bed has a mood light headboard with a built-in USB charging station and a remote. This room also has super dark black-out curtains. Each room comes with a desk and chair, dresser, and ample closet space. We have an abundance of quality framed original art, posters, and prints to choose from. We will hang art together with you or leave materials and tools for you. Bring in your personal artwork to enjoy!

Window air conditioners and super comfortable radiator heat keep the space at a perfect temperature and humidity. One in-unit shared full bath has a vintage cast iron claw foot bathtub with a shower. We provide wash cloths, towels, and even a starter package of toilet paper. Our tap water is the best you can find for drinking and washing.

We have fruit and herb gardens in back and flowers in front that change with the seasons. Your flat has a rear porch with a view.

A fully appointed kitchen includes all pots, pans, knife set, and everything else you might need. If we missed anything, we will provide it for you. The kitchen connects with the rear porch/sunroom.

Other shared amenities include a half bathroom (toilet and vanity area) in the basement where we have two washers and two dryers available with folding tables and plenty of soap. One large front load washer is brand new. There is a full sized ping pong table available.

We offer reduced rent for longer terms. $3000/mo is for a one year lease. $2900/mo for two years and $2800/mo for three years, not including utilities.
